Delivery Information

Delivery Estimates:

The item is in stock, either at our warehouse of at our suppliers address. Once the items are ready for despatch, delivery can take between 2-5 working days within the UK. For the rest of Europe, times may vary. We will notify you of the expected delivery date when your order is shipped.

Made to Order 

The item is made to order, and the lead time will be clearly stated on each individual product. You will be contacted by our sales team and kept updated until the item is ready for despatch. From the point of despatch, delivery will then take on average 2-5 working days within the UK. For the rest of Europe, times may vary.

Out of Stock

We are currently out of stock of this item. You can email us and request to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

 

Delivery costs are generated by the combined weight of your shipment on a table rate system, this means that delivery costs will vary depending on your order. Fragile items will cost more to deliver.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates only - we will endeavour to deliver within these timescales, but they are non-binding. We reserve the right to ship your order in parts, as and when they become available.

Delivery is made to the address submitted by you as the delivery address for this order on The Form Emporium site. You must check the delivery address on any acknowledgement or acceptance we provide and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from changes you make to the delivery address after you submit an order.

 

In some instances, products ordered through The Form Emporium website are despatched from the designer/manufacturer/supplier directly to you. This ensures that your order can be despatched and arrive as soon as possible.

 

Because our products may be produced by different designers and are various sizes and weights, each product has its own specific delivery cost and timescale. We will ensure that you have the correct information for the individual items you have chosen to purchase, and delivery costs will become visible on reaching the checkout. Delivery will be calculated by the total weight of your order.

Returns and exchanges

 

Any orders that have been made that are for products that are made to order cannot be returned. If products are received in a damaged state, then a replacement will be sent as soon as possible upon receiving written notification in line with our terms and conditions.

 

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a ‘cooling-off period’ of up to 7 working days from the date of delivery of your products. During this time you may cancel your order for any reason without penalty. The right to cancel terminates if your product is made to order or if the product has been used.

 

All cancellation notices must be made in writing to The Form Emporium, and either sent via email to info@theformemporium.co.uk or by hand or post to The Form Emporium, Clevedon House, 23 Georges Road West, Poynton, Cheshire, SK12 1JY.

 

Products must be returned in a sellable condition at your own cost and risk to the address given on receipt of your cancellation, as soon as possible. Payment for the product will be credited to your credit or debit card once the returned product has been received; confirmed that it has not been used and is in a saleable condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging and sent via registered post and with appropriate insurance. Please note that when returning a product, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for proof of postage (available free of charge).

 

 

Damaged goods and incorrect orders

 

If the products we deliver to you are damaged, or not what you have ordered, we shall have no liability to you unless you inform us of the problem in writing (by email or post) within 7 working days of the delivery of the products.

 

If you notify us of the problem within 7 working days our liability shall be to replace or repair the products or refund the value of the products in question. We shall have no liability to you to pay any compensation other than the value of the products in question.

 

If products are damaged or not what you have ordered, The Form Emporium will re-imburse the customer with the cost of returning the products.
